iFuLabs.com (the “Website”), the online courses available from the website (the “Courses”), made available on or through the Site and the online teaching and training (the “Services”), are owned, operated, and maintained, as applicable, by iFuture Research and Development Private Limited. The Website and Courses are, collectively referred to as the “Company Products”. The company will issue a document to each of its customers in which all terms and conditions will be mentioned and the same will be signed by the customer (Learner).

The medium of teaching will online through live and recorded lectures. Customer feedback will be taken to make teaching pedagogy more context-aware. Course material may be provided by the company will be in the form of Pdf files and recorded training sessions.

The company reserves the right to change its online course fee and teaching policies at any time. However, only the agreed fees will be charged on which company and customer agreed before the course. The same will be officially emailed by the company to the customer for future references.

You cannot transfer your Account to any other person. Also, no other person should use your account for availing the company’s training and learning materials. If caught in any such action, services will be terminated immediately without any notice and refund. Further, the matter will be reported to the legal team.

No refund will be given, after registration in the online course. Though the customer have the facility to swtich the course. However switching of course only allowed if customer satisfies two conditions: (1) if the customer will inform us within 4 days from the registration, and (2) online course is not started yet.

All the legal disputes between us and you will be in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to arbitration, the courts at Jaipur (India), will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
